Our Fixture Division has diversified into offering a wide range of quality services to support our Customers’ needs. We offer CMM holding fixtures, Attribute fixtures (for manual and automated data collection) as well as welding fixtures, assembly and testing equipment. We support our Customer provided data and will provide a complete final package back to the Customer from 3D design to final inspection reports. We also have the capabilities to provide C.M.M. inspection of fixtures, part layouts, capability studies and gauge R&R’s.
Our facilities are able to not only help you with current projects but to also offer in-house fixture consulting when it comes to your initial design and conceptions. We’re a single source supplier for your complete projects as wells a source for any standalone fixture you may have. From complete in-house design to final inspection our gauges and fixtures are certified to exceed industry standards.
