Lost Core Molding
Another one of Complete Prototype Services molding services that makes us unique is our Lost Core molding capabilities. We are proud to own our very own Lost Core molding machine. Lost Core molding is a process that allows for the molding of one piece, hollow plastic parts with complicated interior details not easily obtained in a one piece part. One specific example of lost core molded parts would be engine manifolds. At CPS, we are able to create the tooling, as well as mold the part for you, all in house.
